Also, you are used to coffee just to keep yourself awake while you are working, but the intake of coffee during pregnancy will always keep your baby awake for a long time, which can have a reverse effect on it. Eating Chocolate
Although there is less proof about the result of having chocolates during pregnancy. Still, there are some studies, it is said that pregnant women can have milk chocolate at this period. No matter how much you love dark chocolates, you must know that dark ones have some hard ingredient in it and milk chocolates are rather mild. So if the mother craves for chocolate in this period, they must go for milk chocolates. Also, they have to look at their cholesterol level along with it. A limited amount of the same will be far from any harm.

Last but not least, wine is prohibited for women during pregnancy. However, in recent studies, one glass of is far from any bad effects on the unborn baby. Yet, this is advised by doctors that mothers-to-be should refrain themselves from any intake of alcohol.
