The white discharge cannot be termed as normal if there is a strong itching or odour behind it. The chances of you suffering from an infection are high in this case. One of the most common signs would be a yeast infection, but the chances of bacterial infection or a risk of sexually transmitted disease is also on the rise. It is better that you discuss with your doctor more about the diagnosis and the correct form of treatment.

Just like any form of vaginal release a brown or white discharge is going to be a cause of concern. But leukorrhea is harmless and it is very much part of the pregnancy cycle. If you do observe any additional form of symptoms it is always better to get in touch with your doctor. For example it could be pain in the legs or pelvis or the chances are that there is going to be more discharge than usual.

If you plan to become pregnant and then notice these changes, it is suggested that you discuss with your doctor about this discharge as it could point to the occurrence of miscarriage as well.
