How blood sugar levels are important from a stability point of view



Blood sugar and ovulation have a strong relationship in a lot of ways. You need to ensure that the blood sugar levels are maintained and this is extremely important. If a lady is prone to this form of condition they are not going to ovulate and in some cases they are prone to varied degrees of insulin resistance as well.  During the course of treatment women with PCOS should try to loose less or should not gain any weight. This is an important point of consideration and a lady should pay a lot of heed to it. If you are suffering from PCOS and diabetes a lady needs to be very careful with their diet. The main reason would be that they need to maintain stable blood sugar levels. In order to do so try to increase the consumption of lean proteins along with green vegetables.
